Individual Entrepreneur Roman Sergeevich Pavlov, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, publishes this document (hereinafter — the “Offer”), which is an official proposal addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) to conclude a contract for the sale and granting of a non-exclusive right to use software under the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Offer shall be deemed the fact of payment for the Software by the Buyer using the payment instruments provided on the website https://revisorlab.com/, including via the payment service YooKassa (Yandex Kassa).

1.3. Upon acceptance of this Offer, a contract for the sale and granting of a non-exclusive license to use the software (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) shall be deemed concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with a non-exclusive right to use the software (hereinafter — the “Software”) posted on the website revisorlab.com, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of granting such right.

2.2. The Software is provided in digital form. After payment, a digital license key for activation of the software product is sent to the Buyer’s email address specified at the time of payment.

2.3. The link to the software distribution file (installer) is available on the website revisorlab.com.

3. Payment Procedure

3.1. Payment is made by the Buyer via the YooKassa (Yandex Kassa) payment service available on the website revisorlab.com.

3.2. The fact of payment is confirmed by the corresponding transaction in the YooKassa system.

3.3. Upon receipt of payment, the Seller sends the digital key to the Buyer’s email address within 1 (one) business day.

4. Software Delivery and Use

4.1. After activating the received digital key, the Buyer obtains the right to use the Software within the functionality and under the terms established by the license.

4.2. The Buyer is not entitled to distribute, copy, lease, modify, or transfer the digital key or the Software to third parties without the Seller’s written consent.

4.3. The Seller has the right to issue updates and patches to the Software, which may be provided to the Buyer at the Seller’s discretion.

5. Technical Support

5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with consulting and technical support on installation, activation, and usage of the Software.

5.2. Support requests should be sent by email to support@revisorlab.com.

5.3. Response time — within 3 (three) business days from receipt of the request.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

6.1. The Software is a digital product provided in an intangible form.

6.2. After the license key has been sent and activated, refunds and exchanges are not possible in accordance with Article 26.1, Clause 4 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”

6.3. Before the license key is sent, the Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase by sending a written notice to sales@revisorlab.com.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for the inability to use the Software if the Buyer violates installation instructions or system requirements.

7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for the actions of payment systems or possible failures in data transmission.

7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided during payment.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website https://revisorlab.com/.

8.2. The Seller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely and is available in open access on the website https://revisorlab.com/.

9.2. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Offer unilaterally. The changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the website.

9.3. All relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.4. The place of conclusion of the Agreement is the Seller’s registration address: Kaluga, Kaluga region, Russian Federation.
